This Indonesian oolong is comprised of tightly rolled uniformly dark colored leaves that are 40% oxidized with an 80% roast. The heavy mouthfeel is the result of the tea actually going through a roasting process using charcoal. This roasting gives a complexity that is evident in the end product. Notes of lightly charred wood, vanilla, banana, and caramel. May be steeped multiple times
