This variety of Keemun is artfully produced and highly prized among tea lovers. Limited production by hand in the Anhui Province of China. Brewed tea is thick and winey. Very smooth with notes of fruit wine, cocoa, and a smoky nuance. The dark, wiry leaves will leave a reddish black infusion in the cup. Experiment with different brewing times as this tea can taste very different with longer brew times.
