Light and grassy green tea mixed with the chai spices of cinnamon, ginger and clove; also added to the bouquet is cardamom and rose petals, along with the sweet & savory flavors of aniseed and fennel. The overall balance is spicy, floral and a little sweet. Try adding a little raw sugar or stevia to bring out more of the flavors.
