Our namesake green tea; expertly crafted tea from the remote mountains of Hubei, China, strictly adhering to the traditional process of hand-picked two leaves and a bud. The unique flavor comes from nuanced techniques involving steaming and wok-firing the leaves at various steps along the production process. The resulting tea looks uniform and dark, with small curly leaves. The aroma is slightly smoky, vegetal and citrus. The brewed tea taste is very sweet, lightly earthy and vegetal; notes of roasted artichoke and pecans.
