Grown in Sumatra, at an elevation of 4000 ft above sea level in the mineral-rich volcanic soils of Indonesia. Tightly rolled balls of very dark leaves that will slowly unravel and expand with multiple steepings. Aroma of ripe red apples, and cinnamon. Brewed tea is dark colored, with medium body, and natural sweetness. Notes of apricot, cane sugar, and malt.
