Grown in the Chinese Province of Fujian, where many of the most famous Chinese teas are grown and processed. Also called black pearls because of the rolled leaf texture of the dry leaves. Tea connoisseurs will be familiar with Gunpowder green tea, but perhaps not this one, Black Gunpowder. The shape of the leaf is really the only trait the two teas share. Mild aroma with slight smokiness mixed with sweetness; tastes of dried fruit, very smooth, full-bodied
